A. Yes. You will have to give a notice one month prior to the settlement. The bank shall grant you a rebate (Ibra') accordingly.

Early Settlement Amount = Selling Price – Principal Paid – Undisbursed Principal – Ibra’ + [(COF) – EPR) x Principal Disbursed] + Other Actual Costs
