    • Deposit Accounts: This bank has seven types of deposit accounts.
      • Panda Junior Dual Currency Savings Account: This is a junior account that comes with dual currency savings feature - in RMB and MYR. This account is ideal for saving up for your child’s education.
      • RMB Demand Deposit Account: Malaysian citizens, permanent residents and foreigners can open this account if they want to deposit or withdraw cash in RMB.
      • Basic Current Account: This current account gives you checking facility besides offering overdraft facility as well. You can open this account on a single or joint basis.
      • Basic Savings Account/ Normal Savings Account: This is an interest bearing passbook account and you can withdraw the usable balance any time from this account. The initial deposit amount should be at least MYR20 and the minimum balance should be MYR20 at any point of time.
      • Fixed Deposit Account: You can get higher returns with this account compared to your savings account. The interest is payable both yearly and upon maturity.
      • Foreign Currency Demand Deposit Account: This is a demand deposit account that currently supports four kinds of foreign currency– CNY, USD, CNY, HKD and EUR. Malaysian citizens, permanent residents of Malaysia as well as foreigners who is 18+ years can open this account.
      • Foreign Currency Time Deposit Account: This is a deposit placement account in foreign currency that comes with a fixed time period. You will get the interest only upon maturity. CNY and USD are the two types of foreign currency available.
    • Loans: This bank offers the following loans to its customers:
      • Malaysia My Second Home Programme (MM2H): You can get the MM2H loan package at competitive interest rate along with high loan margin.
      • Housing Loan: This is a term loan that you can get if you want to buy a completed or under construction residential property.
      • Term Loan: All individual customers can get this loan to partially finance a fixed asset or refinance an existing asset.
      • Overdraft: This is a credit facility that is given to a current account holder for their personal usage. There are many types of overdraft facilities - against Fixed Deposit, against shares, and against a charge on property.
    • Remittance and Exchange: They have the following products:
      • Bank of China Global Payment of Intelligence: This product provides priority processing, tracking services, and fees transparency to all Malaysians and foreigners ages 18+ years.
      • Foreign Currency Notes Exchange: Malaysians or foreigners who needs foreign currency notes can exchange CNY or USD currency notes through this product.
      • Cashier's Order: a financial instrument that an accountholder can apply from BOCM and it is made payable to an identified payee in Malaysia.
      • International Remittance – Inward: This product helps you to receive overseas fund transfer. Demand draft and telegraphic transfer are the two types of internal remittance services offered by this bank.
      • Demand Draft: Through a demand draft, it is easy to remit funds to your beneficiary. All Malaysian citizens, permanent residents and foreigners can apply for this bank product.
      • Telegraphic Transfer: You can transfer the money directly to the bank account of your beneficiary with the telegraphic transfer.
