A. Yes, cardholders can use the cards overseas to carry out transactions at over 29 million establishments or withdraw cash at ATMs.
Q. Do the cards have any limit on the contactless transactions?
A. Yes. Cardholders can only make contactless transactions when the receipt is below RM250. For amounts exceeding RM250, the cardholder must swipe their card or enter the PIN.
Q. Is there any processing fee charged on the balance transfer plan?
A. No. The balance transfer plan is free from any processing fee.
Q. What is the limit on the balance transfer amount?
A. Cardholders can transfer any balance for up to 80% of their available credit limit.
Q. When does the balance transfer plan offer 0% interest rate?
A. The plan offers a 0% interest rate for the first half of a 12-month tenure and for the first half of a 24-month tenure. The 0% interest rate is applicable only when the cardholder makes the monthly instalment payment in full. If the cardholder chooses to pay only a part of the instalment or make a minimum payment on the instalment, applicable rates of interest will apply on the instalment amount.
