How to Apply

  • Walk into any nearest BSN branch.
  • Open any savings account. You can open the savings account with the approved minimum deposit amount.
  • The bank will issue you a BSN Debit Card immediately.
  • If you are an existing customer of BSN, you only need to bring your MyKad (for verification purpose) and BSN Matrix Card to the nearest branch. The bank will instantly convert this card to a BSN Debit Card.


Once issued and activated, you can use your BSN Debit Card for various purposes, such as online shopping, bill payments, and cash withdrawal. You can also get various promotional offers and privileges on your debit card.

A. The daily purchase limit is different for adult and junior account. Here’s how it’s set:

A. You can contact the bank representatives any time between 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight. Post 12:00 midnight, your calls will be automatically directed to the bank’s auto Interactive Voice Response system. You can also report the loss and theft of your debit card and also get overseas card usage assistance.

A. You can activate this feature through the following channels:
