    How to Complete Alliance Bank Balance Transfer

    You can complete the application process in the following manner:

    • Duly fill up the online application form available on the website and fill in the details as directed.
    • Once submitted, a bank representative will contact you to carry the application process forward.
    • You can also apply for this plan by walking into the nearest Alliance Bank branch and requesting for the same.

    Terms & Conditions

    Here are the applicable terms and conditions:

    • For every RM10,000 you transfer, you can earn 500 Timeless Bonus Points.
    • You must submit a copy of the latest credit card account statement of other bank credit card from which you wish to transfer the balance from.
    • You will have to make the full payment of the monthly instalment amount for all the three plans - 12-month, 18-month and 24-month respectively.
    • In the event of a default, the entire amount due, any outstanding monthly instalment as well as the unbilled amount with the applicable rate of interest will be immediately due. Cardholders will be held liable to complete the payment.
    • None of your relatives or dependents should be an employee of the bank or its subsidiaries. Also, they should not be related to any officer, employee or the director of the bank by any chance. If any such relationship is present, you should immediately inform the bank.


    Q. Who can apply for this programme?

    A. All the new and existing customers of Alliance Bank Principal Credit Cards are eligible to apply for this programme.

    Q. What happens if I fail to pay the monthly repayment money fully by the due date?

    A. If for some reason you are unable to pay the monthly instalment amount in full, then the usual finance charge of 18% p.a. will be levied on the remaining outstanding balance. This will be from the payment due date till the date of full settlement.

    Q. Is there any early exit fee if I withdraw early from this programme?

    A. There is no exit fee as such for early withdrawal from this programme. However, upon early termination or cancellation, the outstanding principal balance will be due immediately. The usual finance charge of 18% p.a. will be imposed on the outstanding amount as well.

    Q. Where can I register my complaints?

    A. You can call the Contact Centre at +603-5516 9988 (both local and overseas). Alternatively, you can fill up the redress form available on the website as well.

    Q. Is there a late payment charge levied?

    A. Yes. In case of late payment, a charge of 1% of the outstanding instalment amount is charged subject to a minimum fee of RM10 and a maximum fee of RM100.
