A. No. The Cheque Xpress facility and cash deposit machines are available only at selected regional branches only. Check on Alliance Bank website for more information on such branches.
Q. Can I pay my card bill through standing instruction via any savings account?
A. You can pay your bills through standing instructions only via Alliance Bank savings or current account.
Q. Is the profit rate-free period available for all transactions?
A. No. The profit rate-free period is available only on retail transactions. Transactions such as, cash advance, instalment plan and balance transfer are excluded for this facility.
Q. Can I earn reward points on all retail transactions?
A. Yes. You can earn rewards points on all retail transactions except petrol or government transactions.
Q. Can I use this card anywhere in the world?
