The minimum redemption value for cashback is RM200.
The minimum credit limit assigned is RM50,000 and the maximum credit limit assigned is RM1 million.
The simplifies Travel expense cycle is as follows:
The employee notifies the Program Administrator of the company.
The Program Administrator will book the flight with the approved travel agent.
The travel agent will charge to CTA and will issue the travel ticket to the Program Administrator.
The Citibank will send the monthly statement to the company.
The monthly statement will have travel related information that allows easy reconciliation.
The amount due is paid by the company to Citibank.

It is user-friendly and you can travel the travel related expenses easily.
You can get 0.5% cashback on all travel related spend. If you spend RM480,000 yearly on hotel bookings, you get RM2,400 cashback. You will get RM3,600 cashback if you spend RM720,000 yearly on air ticket purchase. If you spend RM156,000 yearly on car rentals, you will get RM780 cashback.
You get a complimentary corporate liability waiver insurance of up to RM75,000 per cardmember to protect against misuse of the card by employees.
The payments can be made through standing instructions, cash, cheque, internet banking, ATM, or at MEPS IBG.
The company must be registered in Malaysia and must be in operation for at least 3 years.
The company’s annual turnover must be at least RM5 million.
The minimum age of employee must be at least 21 years.
The minimum annual income of the employee must be at least RM24,000.
