    Fees and Charges

    Stamp Duty As per the Stamp Duty Act 1949 (Revised in 1989).

    Disbursement Fee Includes registration fee, search fee, and other taxes.
    Termination Fee Up to RM2,000 if you cancel the loan prior to disbursement.
    Advance Payment Withdrawal Service Fee RM50.
