The MBSB My First Home Scheme-i is a mortgage financing scheme exclusively designed for first-time home buyers. This financing is based on the Shariah concept of Tawarruq. You can purchase residential properties ranging from RM100,000 to maximum RM500,00 with this financing facility.

Q. What does the Fire Takaful cover me for?

A. The fire Takaful covers your property in the event of accidental fire. It covers loss or damage to your property due to fire. The Takaful will help you repair or rebuild your property based on the level of damage caused by fire.

Q. Is the processing fee waived for all types of properties?

A. No. The processing fee is waived only for residential properties. Purchase of commercial properties do carry a processing fee based on the total financing amount.
