    eClaim is the online mode of claim submission offered by AIA Insurance. When you visit the official website of AIA and log into your account, you must select ‘MY AIA’ on the menu. Now you have to select the ‘My Claims’ option and go to ‘Employee Claim’. Here, you can fill certain fields such as date of visit, type of claim, the company you are claiming under and details on whom you are claiming for. You can then submit your claim. However, you must submit the eClaim within AIA’s official business hours. In cases where the claim is submitted after the business hours, it is considered to be submitted on the next business day. The other terms and conditions you need to know before proceeding with claim submission are displayed on the eClaim web page. Alternately, you can also submit the claim in the physical form.

    How to Cancel A-Life Signature and A-Life Signature PlusOne Insurance Policy

    In case your policy does not have any cash value and you wish to cancel the policy, then all you have to do is write a request mail and send it to the Customer Servicing Department located in Kuala Lumpur. On the other hand, if your policy has a cash value and you wish to cancel the policy, then you are requested to fill a Surrender Form, which is available at Customer Centres of AIA. You can also request for Surrender Form to be sent to you on the official website of AIA. The original Surrender Form must be sent to Customer Servicing Department located at Kuala Lumpur.
