    A-Plus PayorExtra is an optional unit deducting rider which can be attached to your regular premium investment-linked insurance policy. This add-on rider by AIA Malaysia ensures the continuation of your (the payor) child’s financial obligations in the event of your untimely death, any critical illness or disability.

    You can calculate the amount by filling up the required fields given in the AIA website. To get an estimation, just fill in details including, your gender, date of birth, smoking preference, annual income, fixed and variable expenses per year, and your existing insurance or Takaful coverage.

    A-Plus PayorExtra Insurance Claims

    You can download the claim form from the AIA website. You need to fill up the form, including the bank information because your approved claim amount will be sent to your bank account directly. Once completed, you must submit the claims form, along with the mandatory documents, to your AIA Life Planner.

    How to Cancel A-Plus PayorExtra Insurance Policy

    If your policy has a cash value, then you need to fill up the Surrender Form, which is available at the Customer Centres of AIA. Alternatively, you can also request for the form to be sent to you. The completed Surrender Form must be sent to any of the Customer Centres located in Kuala Lumpur.

    In case your policy does not have any cash value and you still prefer to cancel the same, then you need to send a request mail to the Customer Servicing Department located in Kuala Lumpur.
