If you wish to cancel your insurance policy, you need to notify Etiqa by submitting a written notice. You can contact your service agent or customer service for further information and assistance.

A. Yes. You have a grace period of 15 days when you take up the insurance policy. If you wish to cancel within those 15 days, you will receive a refund of your paid premium. If there were any medical expenses incurred while applying for the insurance policy, that amount would be deducted from the refund.
After the initial 15 days if you cancel your insurance policy within the first 2 years, you will not receive any payment. If you cancel your insurance policy after the first 2 years, then you would receive payments that would be less than the premium you have already paid for this policy.

A. You have a period of 31 days from the due date to pay your premium. If you do not pay your premium on time, all benefits under this insurance policy will be discontinued.
