Q. Do I need any insurance coverage to for this loan?
A.A. You can opt for either Personal Smart Shield (PSS) or Easy-Insurans Kasih Income Aid (EIKIA) when you apply for this loan. These are optional insurance policies available along with the loan.
Q. What if my contact details change?
A.A. You need to inform the bank immediately of any changes so that the bank can send your notifications on time to the right place. You can call the customer care number at 03-9206 8118 to update your contact details.
Q. What happens if I fail to make my repayments on time?
A.A. You may have to pay a late payment fee if you fail to pay your monthly instalment on time. If you fail to pay 3 consecutive monthly instalments, then the bank may increase the financing rate. The bank may also take legal action against you that will cost you extra charges, and affect your credit rating.
Q. Can I pay more than the required monthly instalment amount?
A.A. Yes. The extra amount you pay will be considered as an advance payment. If your advance payments are sufficient enough to cover your monthly repayment amount, then your monthly due date will be scheduled to a later date.
