    Public Bank Credit Card Bill Payment

    Public Bank offers simple and easy modes of paying your credit card bills. Use these payment gateways to ensure that you settle your credit card bills on time.

    Ways to Pay Public Bank Credit Card Bills

    Cash Payments

    • Visit any of the nearest Public Bank branches and pay your bills via cash over-the-counter.

    Cheque Payments

    • Walk in to any of the Public Bank branches and make your credit card bill payment via cheque.

    PBe Online Banking

    • Settle your credit card bills by paying them online.
    •        
    • Follow the below steps to pay your bills
      • Login to PBe Online Banking with your username and Password.
      •        
      • Select ‘Payment’.
      • Click on ‘PB Card Payment’.
      • Select ‘Interbank GIRO (IBG)’.
      • Either select ‘To Other Card’ or ‘To Favourite Card’.
      • Select the account from which you want to make the payment.
      • Enter your credit card number in beneficiary account number.
      • Enter the amount and click on ‘Next’.
      • Click on ‘Request PAC Now’. You PAC will be sent to your mobile number.
      • Enter PAC.
      • Verify the details you have entered.
      • Click on ‘Confirm’ to complete the transfer.

    PB engage

    • You can also pay your credit card bills via PB engage, Public Bank’s mobile banking app.
    • Download PB engage from the App Store and Google Play.
    • No pre-registration is required to use the app. You just have to login with your username and password.

    Self Service Terminals

    • Another mode of paying your credit card bills is by visiting any of the self service terminals.
    • You can make payment at the following terminals
      • Automated Teller Machine (ATM).
      • Cash Deposit Terminal (CDT).
      • Cash Recycling Machine (CRM).
      • Cheque Deposit Machine (CDM).
    • All the self service terminals are open from 6:00 am to 12:00 am (midnight)

    Ways to Pay Recurring Bills

    Public Bank offers a mode to pay make recurring bills using your Public Bank credit card. With this mode of payment, you can pay the bills of participating merchants conveniently.

    • Make JomPAY payments using this service
    • Follow the below steps to make a JomPAY payment.
      • Look for the JomPAY logo and the biller code on your bills.
      • Login to either mobile banking or internet and look for JomPAY.
      • Enter your payment details and the reference number.
      • Confirm the payment
    • If you want to register a payment as favourite, follow the below steps:
      • Click ‘Payment’.
      • Click on the option ‘Manage Favourite Payment’.
      • Select ‘Bill Payment’.
      • From the drop-down list, select one of the payee corporations.
      • Enter the required information and click ‘Next’.
      • Click ‘Request PAC Now’. Your PAC will be sent to your mobile number.
      • Enter your PAC.
      • Click ‘Confirm’.
    • If you delete a particular bill which don’t want to pay anymore, follow the below steps:
      • Select ‘Payment’.
      • Select ‘Manage Favourite Payment’.
      • Select ‘Bill Payment’.
      • Select the payee corporations which you want to delete.
      • Click on ‘Delete.

    E-Standing Instruction (E-SI)

    • This is a hassle-free service that makes automated credit card bill payments at a pre-set time and date.
    • To create an E-SI, please follow these steps below:-
      • Choose account
      • Select ‘E-Standing Instruction (E-SI)’.
      • Select ‘Create E-SI’.
      • Choose the type of transaction.
      • Fill in the details :- (from account, beneficiary short name, amount, first effective date, frequency, and occurrences).
      • Click on ‘Next’.
      • Verify the details you have entered.
      • Click on ‘Request PAC Now’.
      • Enter PAC.
      • Click on ‘Confirm’.

    Ways to Pay Credit Card Bills of Other Banks

    • Use PBe Online Banking linked to your savings or current account to pay the credit card bills of other banks.
    • There are two ways to make the payment – via Interbank GIRO (IBG) or via Instant Transfer (IBFT).

    Via Interbank GIRO (IBG)

    • Login to PBe Online Banking with your username and Password.
    • Select ‘Fund Transfer’.
    • Select ‘Other Bank Account’.
    • Click on ‘Interbank GIRO (IBG)’.
    • Either select ‘To Other Card’ or ‘To Favourite Card’.
    • Select the account from which you want to make the payment.
    • Select ‘Credit Card Payment’ on the Payment Type dropdown menu.
    • Enter the required details (beneficiary name, bank, and account number)
    • Enter the amount and click on ‘Next’.
    • Click on ‘Request PAC Now’. You PAC will be sent to your mobile number.
    • Enter PAC.
    • Verify the details you have entered.
    • Click on ‘Confirm’ to complete the transfer.

    Via Instant Transfer (IBFT).

    • Login to PBe Online Banking with your username and Password.
    • Select ‘Fund Transfer’.
    • Select ‘Other Bank Account’.
    • Click on ‘Instant Transfer’.
    • Either select ‘To Other Card’ or ‘To Favourite Card’.
    • Select the account from which you want to make the payment.
    • Select the beneficiary bank and fill in the beneficiary account number.<
    • Select ‘Credit Card Account’ on the ‘Beneficiary Account Type’ dropdown menu.
    • Enter a Receipt Reference.
    • Enter the amount and click on ‘Next’.
    • Click on ‘Request PAC Now’. You PAC will be sent to your mobile number.
    • Enter PAC.
    • Verify the details you have entered.
    • Click on ‘Confirm’ to complete the transfer.
